Full Conference Registration Includes:

  • Admittance to all plenary sessions
  • Admittance to all break-out sessions

  • 01 Registration must be submitted online or postmarked on or before the date indicated for discount to apply
  • 02 Advance registration for pre-Conference trainings is strongly advised.
  • 03 This optional fee will be provided to 3Degrees to offset the carbon dioxide emissions generated by facility usage and travel to and from the Conference, ensuring that the BSR Conference is a carbon-neutral event.
  • 04 If you cannot attend the entire Conference, up to two separate days can be purchased individually.

Cancellations, Refunds/Transfers:

Because BSR incurs certain expenses prior to the Conference, it is necessary to impose the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations postmarked or emailed by September 21, 2009, will receive an 80 percent refund.
  • All cancellations must be received in writing or by email.
  • No refunds of any kind will be given for cancellation requests received after September 21, 2009.
  • Substitutions from the same organization are welcome at no additional fee.
  • To make a substitution, please email registration@bsr.org or bring a written statement/email from the person who will not be attending to the onsite registration counter. This will help to simplify the transfer process and expedite registration.
  • No-shows are liable for the entire Conference fee.
