Internships are a core element of BSR’s Diverse Talent Acquisition strategy. BSR values internships and every year BSR provides opportunities to graduate and undergraduate students seeking experience in sustainability careers.
Internships at BSR typically last a minimum of 6 months for a student to receive a dynamic experience. A BSR internship should be a meaningful, rewarding, and positive experience for the intern and for BSR. BSR also strives to provide internships to disadvantaged communities and diverse candidates.
Does BSR offer internships?

Does BSR offer summer internships?
BSR does not offer summer internships. Internships at BSR have a duration minimum of 6 months.

I’m interested in an internship but don’t see anything posted on the career page. How can I share my resume to demonstrate my interest?
We unfortunately do not accept unsolicited resumes for positions we do not have available. Please keep your eye on our Careers Page for internship openings in the future.
What is the application and recruitment process?
Candidates will apply our Careers page. All applications are reviewed by the Talent Acquisition (TA) team and qualified candidates will interview with the TA team and the hiring manager for the internship.
Does BSR offer paid internships?
Yes, we strive to provide paid internships across our offices.
What are the qualifications?
All candidates must be enrolled at a fully accredited college or university. We welcome both graduate and undergraduate candidates. Sophomore and junior year candidates are preferred.
Do you offer remote internships?
It depends! In the US, we highly prefer and value candidates who can come to the office but can also accept remote candidates. Our international offices require interns to be in the office at least three days a week.
Can I receive college credit for my internship?
Yes, depending on your university’s policies.
