Job Description
The Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Advisor is responsible for managing the global ESG supplier due diligence process to include risk assessment, supply chain mapping, self-assessment questionnaires, and on-site audits with the assistance of third-party service providers.
Reporting to the ESG Director, Supply Chain, the Advisor will implement survey campaigns, review audit reports, and provide report creation and data management activities in support of the due diligence process. The Advisor will also support risk mitigation activities through on-site audit scheduling and corrective and preventive action follow-up.
This position is responsible for operating the ESG risk assessment process for a global network of suppliers and interacting with procurement team and third-party service providers.
Responsibilities
- Operate the due diligence and risk assessment processes.
- Plan and schedule on-site audit campaigns globally.
- Ensure proper supplier corrective action follow-up, and timely critical issue escalation
- Provide data analysis, create management reports and manage database processes as needed.
- Works with Global Procurement to develop performance improvement targets for suppliers.
- Provides leadership for process and system development and improvement.
- Measures and evaluates attainment of results.
- Develops training materials and deploys cross-functionally
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 3-4 years of experience in related field preferred
- Familiar with CAPA in a regulated environment preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with suppliers or colleagues internationally preferred
- Familiar with Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and data management and reporting preferred
- Demonstrates collaboration, problem solving, and conflict management skills to ensure a productive work environment and achievement of objectives.
- Performs under minimal supervision with accountability for specific goals/objectives.
- High level of confidentiality and accountability

Anticipated salary range: $75,200-$107,400
