Job Description

Omnicell Inc. is seeking an organized and proactive professional to join the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) team as an ESG Program Administrator. In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing Omnicell’s ESG Program by managing projects, coordinating initiatives, and providing critical administrative support to ensure the seamless execution of Omnicell’s ESG strategy and initiatives. Your contributions will help drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our ESG efforts, enabling the team to meet key objectives and deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, organizational skills, and experience in supporting ESG or sustainability programs. As a key member of our collaborative ESG Team, you will report directly to the Manager, ESG Program.

Responsibilities

  • Support in the coordination and execution of key ESG projects, including the annual ESG Report, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and progress tracking tools for ESG initiatives, reporting, and Omnicell’s charitable efforts and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate ESG considerations into cross-functional projects and organizational processes and identify further areas of opportunity.
  • Coordinate the creation and curation of ESG content and materials, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with the Company’s strategic objectives for internal and external audiences.
  • Proactively suggest and implement enhancements to the ESG Program based on feedback, benchmarking results, and industry trends.
  • Develop methods to hold partners accountable for achieving established ESG goals and targets.
  • Manage the execution of ESG-related surveys and assessments, including stakeholder inquiries and questions, and the CDP Survey.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and workshops to increase internal awareness and understanding of ESG principles and practices across the organization.
  • Continuously assess and implement process improvements in ESG project management, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and quality of reporting and documentation.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors for our ESG Program and our charitable partnerships.
  • Support in leading various Committees under the ESG Program’s oversight.
  • Research and propose innovative ESG strategies and initiatives that can enhance Omnicell’s ESG performance and reputation.
  • Facilitate Omnicell’s charitable efforts through reviewing and approving match contribution requests, setting up fundraisers, and identifying volunteer opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong understanding of ESG concepts, frameworks (such as GRI, SASB, TCFD), and best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of effective communication strategies for diverse audiences, including internal teams, external stakeholders, and senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and techniques, especially related to integrating ESG into organizational processes.
  • Ability to maintain detailed records, manage documentation, and ensure the accuracy and organization of information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, environments, and stakeholder needs in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in preparing responses for stakeholder information inquiries and questionnaires.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations, communicating technical subject matter to a non-technical audience of all levels.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and planning skills; capacity to simultaneously handle a variety of complex matters under deadline pressure.
  • Strong skills in preparing presentations highlighting goals, objectives, and progress against a plan.
  • Team-oriented, willing to learn other areas of the business to further collaboration and drive results cross-functionally.
  • Self-starter with an ability to self-motivate and work independently.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, sustainability, or relate field
  • Project management skills and experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree
  • Professional certifications relevant to ESG or sustainability
  • Project management certifications
  • Experience in serving healthcare or technology industry
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience in ESG or sustainability

Work Conditions

  • This position offers the flexibility of remote or hybrid work, depending on location
  • Minimal travel required
