Giulio Berruti
Director, Climate Change, BSR

Giulio brings over 14 years of expertise in advancing corporate climate action.
He leads BSR’s climate team, oversees the team strategy, and works with BSR members across consulting, collaborative initiatives, and grants implementation.
Currently, Giulio oversees BSR’s work on beyond growth to reconcile business models with planetary boundaries, and more generally works with BSR members on climate transition planning and net-zero value chains.
Since joining BSR in 2018, Giulio’s work has focused on Scope 3 implementation through supplier engagement, and commodities decarbonization strategies, both through consulting and support developments open-source guidance such as 1.5°C Supplier Engagement Guide, Transform to Net Zero and Climate Fit.
Giulio also worked on several projects helping companies set Science-Based Targets, implement TCFD recommendations, and conduct climate scenario analysis. He supported the development of SBTi Net Zero standard as a member of the Expert Advisory Group.
Prior to joining BSR, Giulio spent 7 years with EcoAct between France and Kenya, focusing on climate advisory work on GHG mitigation, target setting and climate strategies, climate risk assessments and carbon offset project development.
Giulio holds a MS in Sustainability from HEC Paris School of Management. He also holds a double degree MS in Management and Industrial Engineering and a double degree BS in Technology and International Business from Politecnico di Torino and UIC Barcelona.
Adam Fishman
Associate Director, Transformation, BSR

Adam works with BSR member companies across industries on sustainability management, including stakeholder engagement, materiality, strategy and reporting, among other topics.
Prior to BSR, Adam was a thematic expert on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) with the International Institute for Sustainable Development, focusing on the linkages between climate, development, business, and sustainable consumption and production. He previously worked on the SDGs team at World Resources Institute. During his graduate studies, Adam interned at the World Business Council for Sustainable Development and was a Coca-Cola World Fund fellow with Conservation International, researching the strategic connections between the SDGs and corporate sustainability.
Adam holds a Master’s in Environmental Management from the Yale School of the Environment, specializing in Business and the Environment. He has a BA in Environmental Studies and Government, with a concentration in International Politics, from Wesleyan University.
Anine Bundgård
Manager, Climate Change, BSR

Anine works with BSR member companies across industries on sustainability management with a focus on the intersection of climate change and people, namely climate justice, just transition, and climate and human rights. She supports this work through one-on-one advisory engagement with companies, through facilitation of cross-sector collaborative initiatives like Transform to Net Zero, and through grant-funded resource development.
Prior to joining BSR, Anine worked at Operate A/S, a Danish consulting company, specializing in stakeholder analysis, stakeholder mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
Anine holds a MSc in Business and Development Studies from Copenhagen Business School with a focus on sustainable development and cross-sector collaboration. She also holds a BSc in Business, Language, and Culture, also from Copenhagen Business School.
