Beatriz Osorio Marugán

Beatriz is part of the nature and climate change teams, aiming at strengthening and developing BSR’s nature offering as well as tapping into the interconnectedness between these two areas and crafting solutions that uplift members’ climate and nature commitments and their overall impact.
Prior to joining BSR, Beatriz was the Consulting Director and Board Member at the Paris branch of a global social impact student consultancy, where she managed a range of missions, especially within the education, consumer, and financial sectors. She also worked for over two years as a public sector consultant at EY Madrid, where she mostly assisted public bodies in project definition, strategy, and implementation under the European Regional Development Fund scheme, participating in a wide array of projects focusing on social inclusion, the circular economy, green mobility, and smart cities.
Beatriz holds a MS in Sustainability and Social Innovation from HEC Paris, a MS in Management Consulting from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and a BSc in International Management and Modern Languages (IMML) from the University of Bath. She speaks Spanish, English, and French.
Jonathan Morris
Associate Director, Technology Sectors, BSR

Jonathan leads BSR’s work in the EMEA region with companies in the Industrials and Utilities and Information and Communications Technology industries. Jonathan also leads BSR’s global sustainability reporting team as part of the Sustainability Management practice.
His experience in sustainability includes strategy development, reporting execution, and stakeholder engagement for these industries, as well as a focus on transparency and traceability in the supply chain via advanced technologies such as blockchain and artificial intelligence.
Prior to joining BSR, Jonathan was a packaging developer with Coty US LLC, the world’s largest fragrance manufacturer. Jonathan designed and executed technical packaging specifications for perfume and cosmetics launches, coordinating the needs of internal marketing and sales teams with external material suppliers and manufacturers. This positions Jonathan as BSR’s sustainable packaging contact.
Jonathan holds an M.S. in Sustainable Development from HEC Paris School of Management and a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from Syracuse University. He speaks English and French.
Juliette Pugliesi
Manager, Nature, BSR
Paris
Juliette is part of BSR’s Nature team, where she helps companies assess their impacts and risks to Nature and develop ambitious strategies to mitigate them across multiple industries.
Prior to joining BSR, Juliette worked at WWF, where she supported companies on their nature issues (biodiversity, forest, climate, fresh water). She also contributed to the Science Based Targets for Nature initiative, where she was lead coordinator for the working group on biodiversity metrics for companies. Prior to WWF, she worked for Mazars’ sustainability services as a senior CSR consultant.
Juliette holds an MSc in Public Policies and Environmental Strategies from AgroParisTech, a master's degree in Sustainable Development and International Affairs from the University of Paris Dauphine, and a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from the same university. She also went on an academic exchange program at the University of Quebec in Montreal, where she studied environmental sciences and nature conservation. Juliette speaks French and English.
