This fireside chat will explore the dimensions of DEIA on a global scale. BSR’s MaryAnne Howland welcomes Dr. Rohini Anand, a renowned leader with 30+ years’ experience leading global DEI and ESG change efforts to strengthen culture, advance equality, and accelerate business growth.  

Dr. Anand is former SVP and Global Chief Diversity Officer at Sodexo and serves on several boards, including Sanofi, Galt Foundation, and NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors). She is author of Leading Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, which examines the current DEIA landscape across various regions.  

Together, they will dissect how companies can implement impactful and measurable initiatives at both micro and macro levels, uncovering strategies for maintaining consistent commitments throughout their organizations.
