Giulio Berruti
Director, Climate Change, BSR

Giulio brings over 14 years of expertise in advancing corporate climate action.
He leads BSR’s climate team, oversees the team strategy, and works with BSR members across consulting, collaborative initiatives, and grants implementation.
Currently, Giulio oversees BSR’s work on beyond growth to reconcile business models with planetary boundaries, and more generally works with BSR members on climate transition planning and net-zero value chains.
Since joining BSR in 2018, Giulio’s work has focused on Scope 3 implementation through supplier engagement, and commodities decarbonization strategies, both through consulting and support developments open-source guidance such as 1.5°C Supplier Engagement Guide, Transform to Net Zero and Climate Fit.
Giulio also worked on several projects helping companies set Science-Based Targets, implement TCFD recommendations, and conduct climate scenario analysis. He supported the development of SBTi Net Zero standard as a member of the Expert Advisory Group.
Prior to joining BSR, Giulio spent 7 years with EcoAct between France and Kenya, focusing on climate advisory work on GHG mitigation, target setting and climate strategies, climate risk assessments and carbon offset project development.
Giulio holds a MS in Sustainability from HEC Paris School of Management. He also holds a double degree MS in Management and Industrial Engineering and a double degree BS in Technology and International Business from Politecnico di Torino and UIC Barcelona.
Renata Greenberg
Director, Transformation, BSR

Renata leads BSR’s Nordic practice, working with a diverse range of sectors and sustainability topics.
She helps companies transition towards more ambitious goals and practices in adapting to the continuously more and more demanding regulatory landscape and stakeholder expectations to create a Just and Sustainable World.
Renata brings over 20 years of experience in innovation and sustainability in global value chains. Prior to joining BSR, Renata worked in A.P. Møller - Mærsk, Coloplast, Danske Bank, and The Conference Board, helping companies improve their sustainability practices, strategic impact, ESG reporting, and human rights policies and practices. She has served on various boards, including Maersk, IKEA Industry, Organic Basics, and the Danish Initiative for Ethical Trade. She was a long-term member of the UN Global Compact Advisory Group on Supply Chain Sustainability and participated in the shaping of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Renata is a First Mover Fellow with the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society. She holds a professional degree in global shipping and logistics; a BSc in Philosophy and Rhetoric from the University of Copenhagen; a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Organisational Leadership from SAID Business School, University of Oxford; and a Diploma from the Executive Board Programme from INSEAD. She speaks English, Danish, Russian, and some French.
Paloma Muñoz Quick
Director, Human Rights Standards, BSR

Paloma leads BSR’s work on Human Rights Standards, including standard-setting, knowledge management, and helping companies respond to emerging standards and regulation. She is also Senior Advisor to BSR’s Finance & Human Rights Practice.
Prior to joining BSR, Paloma was Advisor to the UN Working Group on Business and Human Rights and Senior Consultant of the UN B-Tech Project, where she developed a vision for promoting the uptake of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights among investors and guidance on responsible investment in digital technologies. Prior to the UN, Paloma launched and led the Investor Alliance for Human Rights, where she developed thought leadership on the investor responsibility to respect human rights and supported stewardship engagements across industries. She also worked at the Danish Institute for Human Rights advising companies, governments, and civil society on business and human rights.
Paloma is a member of the US government’s Advisory Committee on Responsible Business Conduct. She sits on the Editorial Board of Developments in the Field of the Business and Human Rights Journal of Cambridge University.
She holds a Master of International Affairs (M.I.A.) in Human Rights from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University and a B.A. in Political Science, also from Columbia University.
Paloma is Chilean-American and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Amina Azmat
Manager, Climate Change, BSR

Amina works with partners across industries to develop and implement climate change solutions with a focus on aligning to the sustainable development goals (SDGs).
Before joining BSR, Amina led internal consulting at the United Nations Foundation, where she provided advisory services to SDG teams. She grew and transitioned new business initiatives into their permanent operating models; oversaw the Foundation’s annual planning, risk management, and due diligence processes; and led strategic initiatives to ensure the Foundation’s programmatic, financial, and operational success. Prior to that, Amina worked on the ground in areas of conflict and migration in the Middle East, and she began her career as a market researcher in the consumer products industry.
Amina holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and minors in International Affairs and Political Science from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. She speaks English and Urdu.
Francesca Manta
Director, Membership and Human Rights, BSR
New York
Francesca brings more than 12 years of experience in human rights, sustainability management, and responsible supply chains to her work with companies in the infrastructure, financial services, and consumer products sectors. After spending her first years at BSR with the human rights team and successfully leading numerous engagements as Nordics lead in Copenhagen, Francesca is now based in New York City and leads our global membership team.
Prior to joining BSR, Francesca worked at a global Danish retailer, where she was responsible for human rights programs at the corporate and local level. Francesca has also previously worked with the Danish Institute for Human Rights as well as Vestas and Maersk, where she was part of their sustainability teams and helped to establish social compliance systems and managed broader sustainability initiatives such as materiality, reporting, and ethics. She has done field work in East Africa, India, Myanmar, China, and South Korea.
Francesca holds a M.S. in Business and Development Studies from Copenhagen Business School and a BA in Political Science and International Relations from LUISS University Rome. She speaks Danish, English, and Italian.
