Felicity Butler
Manager, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice, BSR
London
Felicity has a wealth of experience promoting equity, gender justice, sustainability, and innovation in agricultural value chains.
Felicity works with companies to drive social justice at an individual and systemic level and align their efforts with the needs and expectations of their employees, communities, and vital stakeholders. Her experiences prior to joining BSR includes setting up the UK's first women-only Fair Trade coffee brand, supporting Brazil nut cooperatives in the Amazon negotiate for better prices with UK supermarkets, researching women’s unpaid work for her collaborative PhD with The Body Shop, and addressing gender-based violence in agriculture and market systems development for USAID Feed the Future Advancing Women’s Empowerment programme.
She holds a PhD in Human Geography and an MSc in Practising Sustainable Development, both from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a BA in English Literature in the School of African and Asian Studies from the University of Sussex.
Laura Donnelly
Director, Nature, BSR
New York
Laura leads BSR’s Nature team. Her focus is working with member companies to develop holistic and credible strategic approaches to address nature related impacts and dependencies. These engagements are conducted across industries, with an additional focus on understanding the linkages between nature and other areas of focus (e.g., human rights, climate, etc.).
Prior to joining BSR, Laura spent seven years on the markets transformation team at the Rainforest Alliance. Her role focused on engaging companies throughout agriculture supply chains in addressing risks and opportunities through incorporating nature-based solutions and interventions. This included working with companies from farm to market on their sustainability strategy utilizing the Rainforest Alliance program. Laura also has experience in the beauty industry, where she worked in brand management and marketing.
Laura holds a Master of Communication Management from the University of Southern California and a BS in Business Administration from Boston University.
Francesca Manta
Director, Membership and Human Rights, BSR
New York
Francesca brings more than 12 years of experience in human rights, sustainability management, and responsible supply chains to her work with companies in the infrastructure, financial services, and consumer products sectors. After spending her first years at BSR with the human rights team and successfully leading numerous engagements as Nordics lead in Copenhagen, Francesca is now based in New York City and leads our global membership team.
Prior to joining BSR, Francesca worked at a global Danish retailer, where she was responsible for human rights programs at the corporate and local level. Francesca has also previously worked with the Danish Institute for Human Rights as well as Vestas and Maersk, where she was part of their sustainability teams and helped to establish social compliance systems and managed broader sustainability initiatives such as materiality, reporting, and ethics. She has done field work in East Africa, India, Myanmar, China, and South Korea.
Francesca holds a M.S. in Business and Development Studies from Copenhagen Business School and a BA in Political Science and International Relations from LUISS University Rome. She speaks Danish, English, and Italian.
Anna Zubets-Anderson
Associate Director, Transformation, BSR

Anna works with BSR member companies on a range of consulting projects and collaborative initiatives, with particular focus on sustainability reporting.
Her professional background encompasses corporate reporting, sustainability strategy, and providing training and coaching services. Before joining BSR, Anna operated as an independent ESG consultant and professional coach, following a thirteen-year tenure at Moody's Corporation. During her time there, she specialized in sustainable finance markets, ESG training programs, and ESG rating methodologies, in addition to overseeing a portfolio of companies within the basic materials industries. Earlier in her career, Anna spent nearly a decade at KPMG LLP, serving as an Audit Manager in the U.S. Additionally, she was a member of their International Standards Group in London (UK), where she assisted KPMG member firms and clients in adapting to changes in global accounting and auditing regulations.
