Nicolas Ronderos

Nicolas leads BSR's incubation of private-sector collaboration, mobilizing the collective power of business to solve some of the world’s biggest sustainability challenges. He supervises the financial performance and pipeline of new initiatives in BSR’s collaborations portfolio.
He has worked in the nonprofit sector for more than 20 years, engaging multi-company and multi-stakeholder collaborations in pursuit of shared business and societal outcomes globally. Previously, he consulted for companies, governments, and civil society organizations on the positive environmental, social, and economic impacts of their activities. Before that, he was a consultant working on social issues.
Nicolas holds a DBA (ABD) in Business Administration from the École des Ponts Business School, a MS in Economic Evaluation from Université Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne, a MS in Policy Analysis and Management from the New School University, and a BA in Anthropology from Los Andes University. He speaks English, Spanish and French.
