Andrey supports BSR member companies across industries in integrating human rights principles into their organizations and value chains, with a particular focus on the energy and extractives sectors. His work spans areas such as just transition, conducting site-level human rights impact assessments, and advancing sustainable supply chains.

Before joining BSR, Andrey worked as a management consultant at UBS, where he contributed to large-scale business transformation projects in regulatory compliance, client onboarding, pricing strategy, and sustainability initiatives. In this role, he partnered with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align business practices with regulatory standards, streamline operations, and enhance client services. Andrey also worked at Rights CoLab, where he contributed to the Mapping Civil Society Initiative by identifying and showcasing innovative human rights organizations worldwide.

Andrey holds an MIA in Economic and Political Development from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University and a BA in Economics and Psychology from Skidmore College. He speaks English and Russian.
