In BSR's People and Culture team, Charlotte leads People Operations for EMEA. She ensures the smooth running of BSR’s offices in Paris and Copenhagen and is supported by office coordinators in place. She helps updating BSR policies and processes while ensuring compliance with local laws, and she serves as the key contact for Human Resources, Legal, and Finance. Charlotte is also the global lead on Learning and Development, aiming to allow all BSR staff to benefit from continuous professional growth.
Charlotte worked for more than 15 years in several small-sized entertainment companies for French and international artists. Prior to joining BSR, Charlotte worked as an office manager for a small sustainability consulting firm in Paris.
Charlotte holds a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property Law from Montesquieu University, Bordeaux and a Master’s Degree in Cultural Projects Management from Sciences Po Bordeaux.
