Victoria is a part of BSR’s nature team, where she helps companies understand their impacts and risks related to Nature and develop ambitious strategies and solutions to mitigate their impacts. She supports this work across various industries, including consumer products and food, beverage, and agriculture.
Prior to joining BSR, Victoria worked at the World Cocoa Foundation, a nonprofit organization that works with companies and stakeholders throughout the cocoa supply chain to collaborate and promote a sustainable cocoa sector. While there, she managed industry sustainability initiatives that focused on engaging companies around shared targets for smallholder cocoa farmers in West Africa and Brazil to improve farmer livelihoods, empower communities, and protect the environment.
During her undergraduate studies, Victoria participated in a sustainable development direct research program in Costa Rica with the School for Field Studies. She holds a BA in Environmental Studies from Saint Michael’s College, with minors in Sociology and History.
